Scott Clary, CEO and Director of Staffing Services
Scott is the founder and CEO of TRG. Prior to starting TRG in 1989, he spent three years providing staffing services for various companies in the DFW area with DMS, Diversified Management Services. Scott has over 30 years of experience as both a recruiter and an account manager on a local and national level, covering a wide-range of technologies from Help Desk to Director/CIO level positions for smaller clients, as well as Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Over the course of his career, he has become extremely knowledgeable of virtually all facets of IT, and is considered an expert in the staffing industry. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Ellerson Castille, VP ERP Services
Ellerson has been a business development professional with TRG for over seventeen years. His primary areas of expertise have traditionally been all areas of IT, but for the past fourteen years, Ellerson has specialized in the ERP arena, where he manages a team of ERP account managers and recruiters. He builds relationships and delivers ERP consulting services to Fortune 500 clients throughout the country. Ellerson has a Bachelor of Science in Management/Management Information Systems from Kaplan University, and consistently works to keep himself abreast of the latest technology trends in ERP.
Kevin Morley, Technology Solutions Manager – Manager of Plano Office
Kevin is a 13 year staffing industry veteran and has been with TRG for over 8 years. He has extensive industry knowledge in the Information Technology and Executive Search arenas with clients of all sizes nationwide. Kevin started his career in the staffing industry as an entry level recruiter working his way up to manage a practice before coming to TRG. He has managed staffing teams for the last 8 years building practices that focus on software development and infrastructure placement’s. He currently heads our Plano branch office. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, TV, and Film from Baylor University.
Melissa Shook, Manager VMS Staffing
Melissa has been with TRG since April 2012 previously having worked in the insurance industry for 13 years. She manages several large VMS accounts, national direct hire accounts, and trains and manages a recruiting team. Born and raised in West Texas, she has lived in Dallas for the last 20 years and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. Matching the right candidate to the right client and role is her goal. She still appreciates the opportunity to help people to find their dreamjob and reach their professional and financial goals.
Jason Tompkins, Sr. Business Development Manager
Jason has 10 years of experience in the IT staffing industry and he has been a dedicated employee with TRG for over 9 years. He has extensive experience in managing small, medium and large scale accounts in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area along with possessing a strong background in recruiting. Jason also has extensive experience in providing mentorship and training to junior and senior level recruiters. Jason’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
